Whether you are celebrating a milestone birthday or important anniversary or simply getting a bunch of your favourite people together, our beautifully restored horse box bar will certainly impress your guests.

We offer a range of packages or we can create a completely bespoke event for you, let us know your theme or ask us for ideas!
We will organise a temporary event notice so alcohol can be purchased and we can also accept cash and cards at the bar.
If you prefer to serve your own alcohol you can simply hire the bar from us, we will come set up and clean down after!

We offer a range of popular packages or we can create a fully bespoke package for your celebrations.

Prices include: travel within 30 miles of Hatfield Heath, Herts (enquire for locations outside this area) set up, decoration, staff (excluding dry hire) collection and clean down. Please do get in touch to find out more.

Dry Hire

Just the bar!

If you would prefer to purchase and provide your own drinks for your guests then this package is ideal for you. Perfect for venues that already have a bar team or you have caterers providing drinks as part of their package.

We can provide friendly, professional staff at an extra cost if required.

Tab Bar

Our most popular package!

You put a set amount behind the bar and when this is used up guests simply pay at the bar for their drinks.

We accept cash and card payments at the bar.

We can create bespoke drinks menus and bar themes, just tell us what you want!

From £250 hire fee (excluding refundable deposit)

Cash Bar

A fully stocked bar that your guests can enjoy.

Our friendly and professional staff will serve drinks, cocktails and mocktails to your guests as they party the day & night away.

We accept both cash and card payments at the bar.

VIP Package

A VIP drinks experience for your entire day

Including arrival drinks, wine and water for the table and bubbles for your toast. The rest of the event we can operate a cash or tab bar.

We can create the perfect bespoke menu for you, just tell us about your theme and budget!

If you have over 80+ guests we don’t charge a hire fee.
