We are based near Hatfield Heath, Herts. We deliver ‘The King’s Head Horse Box Bar’ up to 30 miles for free, anything over 30 miles will be charged per mile.
Yes, we provide two professional, friendly members of staff for Full Bar & Tab Bar.
We can provide staff at an extra charge for Dry Hire packages.
Yes if a temporary events notice is required we will apply for this on your behalf. We would need confirmation of this at the time of booking as different councils require different notices.

Yes. We accept all cards. We do not charge any transaction fees.
Ideally we would like to visit the site beforehand if we have not been before. If this is not possible we will talk to the venue in advance.
Not at all, our Horse Box looks fantastic inside as well as outside, meaning you don’t need to worry about the weather.
As long as we can access the building we can go wherever you would like us to go. We will speak to the venue beforehand to arrange access.
Yes we are fully insured with full public liability insurance
We will need to connect to an electricity supply on the day, however if this is not possible we can arrange for our own generator. We have our own water supply for teas/coffees.
Yes we can provide tea and coffee
All of our drinks are served in disposable glassware. If you require glassware please contact us.
We are guided by local licensing and venue restrictions. This will be discussed in advance with you
Our minimum spend is £750 and required one month before the event. (Not required for Dry Hire Package & VIP Package)
For the Cash Bar & Tab Bar packages your £750 will be refunded to you once you reach this amount.
We would advise to get in touch with us as soon as you can to ensure we can provide our services for your special event. However if you come across us at short notice please don’t hesitate to get in touch as we may just have your date available.
If you are looking to book a Tab bar package or Cash bar package we would need at least 2 weeks notice to apply for a Temporary Events Notice through the local council.
Unfortunately we do not supply a ‘TEN’s’ for Dry hire packages, this will need to be obtained by you, or your caterers/bar staff through your local council.

Whilst we are sure everything will be well looked after under your supervision, we do charge a £500 damage deposit. This will be refunded after your event.
We aim to be as reasonably priced as possible. Please take a look at our drinks menu for typical prices. Prices are dependent on the product. We can source alternative brands, cocktails etc if required.
